Working with startups and leaders in the tech space, but also in my daily job of running a product line and two product teams, I find myself looking for leadership advice (and giving it) quite frequently. I went on a journey to explore what is out there for young tech leaders with regards to actionable, crisp, useful leadership advice. But most of the blogs I have been able to find are very fluffy.
Hence I started this blog for leaders or aspiring managers and leaders to share my journey and learnings.
I have been practicing Zen meditation and koan practice for not quite a decade yet. I am by no means a Zen expert, but have been fortunate to acquire a treasure chest of insights that I would like to share with you in the context of your own leadership journey.
